This features a list of players by their pricerange and position. Players not likely to play too often are totally left out. Of course some gems might have been missed, so let me know if you don’t see some that should be here or some that should be changed!
Bold means they’re highly recommended, italic is high potential but other factors playing in and strikethrough is the backups, everything after the | is my comments for specific range. For the cheapest range a lot of players will not be listed as they’re mostly fillers for their teams. The ones that should be considered are mentioned as far as I know!

Goalkeepers

5.5: Alisson, Ederson, Pope | Better/more value options elsewhere
5.0: Ramsdale, Martinez, Raya, Arrizabalaga, Onana, Lloris/Vicario, Jose Sa| With all keepers being cheaper you get value in mostly all, though the ones from top 6 should get more clean sheets. Watch Raya for new club
4.5: Neto, Flekken, Sanchez/Steele/Verbruggen, Muric, Trafford, Guaita/Johnstone, Pickford, Leno, Shea, Henderson, Horvath, Fabianski, Foderingham | The one starting fpr Brighton will be great, while Trafford, Pickford, Leno and Henderson (when loaned/sold) should be able to get lots of savepoints. Flekken if Raya is sold
4.0: Areola, Bentley/Kelleher, Heaton | None are starters yet, Areola the closest with Fabianski old and uncertain, while the rest might get a transfer to Wolves or Luton

Defenders

8.0: Alexander-Arnold | No brainer
6.5: Robertson, Trippier | Great attacking options that are a cheaper option then Trent, mostly because both might have minutes managed
6.0: Virgil, Cancelo | Virgil Van Dijk always plays, can step up with a goal. Cancelo most likely going away
5.5: White, Chilwell/James, Ruben/Stones, Shaw | 4 attacking players, while Ruben Dias should play most games for a City keeping clean sheets, Stones a bit of injuryrisk. White too pricey for the possible rotation
5.0: Gabriel/Saliba/Zinchenko/J.Timber, Alex Moreno, Mee, Dunk/Estupinan, Cuccurella/T.Silva, Konate/Matip, Akanji/Aké/Laporte/Walker, Dalot/Martinez/R.Varane, Schar, Pedro Porro/Perisic | Some great options, but beware of the playing time of some of them. Akanji is great value if City doesn’t get Pavard and sells Walker

4.0:  Beyer/C.Taylor/Ekdal, Gusto, Branthwaite, Bell, Baldock, | Beyer should be nailed, Taylor (care for a new left back) will play most, Ekdal should be able to nail down a spot, if James is his usual self (injured) then Gusto will be starting right back for Chelsea, Brantwaite might get a spot for Everton, Bell should be nailed, Baldock should see lots of mins

Midfielders

12.5: Salah | How many goals this season? Also the only nailed on offensive player for Liverpool
10.5: De Bruyne | Injured for now, might be a rotation risk, but should get lots of points this season as well
9.0: Rashford, Son | Rashford should keep on scoring. Will Son find back to his earlier seasons?
8.5: Ødegaard/Saka, B.Fernandes | All three are great options and should see lots of goals and assists, Ødegaard might be lower because of Havertz
8.0: Martinelli, Diogo J. | None of them are nailed, but are big threats when on the field, look out for nailedness and injuries in the teams
7.5: Havertz, Luis Diaz, Foden/Grealish/Mahrez, Maddison | Maddison seems to be as close to a must as you can have it. The rest with great potential but also lots of rotation
7.0: Trossard, Sterling, Szoboszlai, Mount/Antony/Sancho, Kulusevski/Richarlison, Bowen | Some great potential players here as well, but uncertainty over all of them. Sterling seems to be a clear choice
6.5: Mbeumo, Gross/March/Mitoma, Mudryk, Eze, Bernardo, Almiron | As over. Mbeumo should be nailed from the start as a striker and pentaker, while Eze at least should be on set pieces
6.0: Buendia/Coutinho/J.Ramsey/Tielemans, Olise, Mac Allister, Eriksen, Bruno G./Joelinton/Saint-Maximin, Gibbs-White/Johnson, Benrahma/L.Paqueta | Not too many safe options, but some will have new roles and might score more then last season!
5.5: Fabio Vieira/Jorginho/Smith-Rowe/Rice, Bailey/Douglas Luiz/McGinn, Billing/Tavarnier, Janelt/Jensen/Nørgaard/Schade, Enciso, Benson, Gallagher/Madueke/Ziyech, J.Ayew, A.Doucoure/Gray/Iwobi/McNeil, Andreas/De Cordova-Reid/Wilson/Willian, Rodrigo, Casemiro, Gordon/Tonali/Willock, Danilo, Bentancur/Højbjerg/Solomon, Cornet, Guades/Hee Chan/Neto/Podence | Lots of hidden gems here, looks like a great range to have a midfielder from as it’s an easy transfer to the hottest one.
5.0: Ouattara/Kluivert, Brownhill, Enzo, Clark, Norwood, Elanga, Garnacho | Either they are nailed and need a transfer to be offensiv or they are a minute risk and very offensive, Elanga to Forest is interesting
4.5: Nakamba, Ndombele, Diallo, | Nakamba seems to be the only starter, Ndombele have been wanted kept in the club so might see a lot of time more offensivly, Diallo will be great if he gets a transfer

Forwards

14: Haaland | He will score lots and lots of goals
12.5: Kane | If he stays at Spurs he’s always a good option
8.0: G.Jesus, Watkins, Toney, Wilson | Watkins the standout, the rest is wait and see
7.5: Nkunku, Mitrovic, Darwin, Gakpo, Isak | Mitro forcing a move to Saudi, the rest should be wait and see
7.0: Lukaku, N.Jackson | Who will be the starting striker for Chelsea this season? Nkunku been the best so far
6.5: Solanke, Aubameyang, J.Alvarez, Martial, Awoniyi | Auba should be sold, Alvarez with enough min is a must, rest with potential
6.0: Wissa, Ferguson, Welback, Calwert-Lewin, Antonio, Ings, Scamacca | Ferguson should be great if he starts, then a good mix
5.5: Nketiah, Joao Pedro, Undav, Rodriguez, Weghorst, Amdouni, Edouard, Morris, McBurnie, Ndiaye, T.Benie, Fabio Silva, Raul, Cunha | Strange price, none too safe or with potential but all might be a starter
5.0: Vinicius, Kalajdzic, Adebayo, Mateta | None are safe options, but might get time and be starters
4.5: Balogun, Archer, Semenyo | Backups for now, but Balogun might be good if loaned out or sold
